Wetsounds Praise!!!!

Just wanted to throw out there how good Wetsounds and their Customer Service is. Tim White has been great. Helping me out with wiring, batteries, amps, and even places for install her in Tennessee. I couldn't ask for better Customer Service, not to mention that all the Wetsounds products are amazing. Thanks Tim for doing what you do and keep up the good work!! I'm sure other people can Chime in and say the same for Wetsounds Products and their Costumer Service.

Just purchased 4 Pro 80's and WS420, have yet to here them. They are being installed this weekend.I am very anxious.

Ryan - Sounds to me like it is more of a dealer issue than a Wetsounds one. Tim talked to me last week and it sounded like he was stocked on everything and close to shipping the new woofer. I'd get you a set but I'm a little drive away.

I have two 485s and the ws420 and cannot be happier. Their customer service is outstanding as is their products....

Tim--whats the forecast for your next product. I have heard they are going once again raise the bar. The next product is the obvious next step for your great company...keep it going!

I think Mox is refering to AMPS. They are in production now. They will be shipping around end of July. That is all I can say for now. But they are really really cool.

We made an order this week and you guys were out of black pro 80s and had no amps in stock. We went with black pro 60s and love them but it did kind of suck to have to get the speakers and amp from different places. When you guys start selling your own amps that will be sweet! We ordered 4 speakers for a Centurion Evolution tower but our tech. in the shop had to do some mod. to the brackets cuz they wouldn't work the way they came in. Is that normal or did we get the wrong brackets? We are a new Wet Sounds dealer and all though our first order didn't go perfect I am not complaining because the product is great and I understand that everything dosen't go perfect all the time.

Greers, The amps are a brand new item. Which is one of the reasons I am pushing to get them out. So dealers have one place to order and the amps are matched power wise to our speakers.

For that tower, Sounds like ya'll ordered the wrong speakers.(I see one of my reps placed the order, so he probably did not know on that tower, I will make sure he does)

The centurion evolution tower is a different one. To install 2 pairs of PRO 60's. Bottom pair will be a PRO 60 X. The X is the Illusion X version. The centurion tower is a metcraft tower. It has the same mounting pattern for the lower mounts. So the lower mount is a PRO 60X.

The upper mount is different so it takes a regular PRO 60 with the Evolution Adapter plates.

Your order was 2 pairs of regualr 60's with one set of adapters. So you were set for one pair but had to mod the lower mounts.

I see now. Like I said we are a new dealer and this was our first order so when we talked to our rep. Shawn and Omar at your warehouse we just figured they would know what we needed when we said we were putting them on a Centurion Evolution tower. But no biggie, they look and sound great.

By far some of the nicest , most down to earth people in the industry and extremley knowledgeable. I remember their first MB boat about 5-6 years ago? with the pre-production wetsounds setup. I was currently running some NVS 1010's and after hearing them told them to call/email me once they went into prodcution...sure enough placed my order about 2 years later. Keep up the great work!

Yea those guys are some of the nicest in the industry.

My shop strives for nothing but top notch customer service and everyone to leave happy. Having guys standing behind their product like they do makes my job just that much easier.

Tim at Wet Sounds is getting to the bottom of this for me. Sounds like he is a good guy.

Also, the problem does not appear to be with the dealer or Wet Sounds but could be with the rep company who is handling this.
