I'm looking into getting one of the 05 Absolute plat. which are on sale and I can't decide whether I should get the 135 or 141. I rode the 04 LF balance 139 for the past two seasons and it felt comfortable but people who rode with me all told me that it was too long for me. The board that I rode before that was a Substance 134, and I thought that was a little on the short side. I hear some people say it's better to go longer than shorter, and others say that I should stick with the 135. I just haven't seen any female riders that go longer than 140, and am a little afraid it might me too long. I'm 5'9" 150-155 pounds and I guess you could say intermediate rider. Any advice? Or should I just get a different board that's 137-139?

Demo, and what ever feels better is the the one you choose. Remember every one is different.

the 141 shouldn't be too bad. it will feel looser than your current board but that shouldn't make too big of a difference.
