Anderson has been hit or miss for us the last couple of weeks, it should be ok if you go in the mornning, we had one day, it was cold and cloudy, but it was glass until 11, one day sunny, choppy when we got there at 8 and was when we left. Id say... anderson... i duno about coyote, never been there, and calero would be ok if it was empty and no wind. anderson go there, the new ramp is nice if you have not been there in a while

Anderson is the biggest with 1,250 surface acres, but can get choppy with even a small breeze.

Calero is small only 350 surface acres. So if there's more than 5 ski boats it's a mess.

Coyote is almost always windy. It's open at the Northwest end, so the breezes come down the length of the lake.

If you are going for a early morning/early afternoon run, take you chances with Anderson. Winds typically pick up 11-12 ish with occasional refuge in a cove or along some shorelines. Typically will smooth out around 6 ish.

If you are going for an afternoon/evening run, take your chances with Calero. If you have 4-5 wakeboard boats out, you will be fighting rollers however.

If you are looking for a pond and like dodging jet skis and tubers, go to Coyote.

If you are planning a full day of riding, spend the extra hour on the road and head for the delta and launch at Lazy M or Orwood. It's well worth the drive if you want a full day of serious riding!

If you do head to one of the three local wind tunnels, be sure to gas up at a 76 Station and have your receipt ready to show. Santa Clara County has a non-MTBE law and 76 is the only station that is MTBE free across the whole chain.
