I am 13 but my parants own a Mastercraft X-Star, Malibu, and a cobalt. I was wondering if a wakeboarding bryant boat is even good for wakeboarding it all. I think they suck though, dont they?

I have owned a 21 ft Cobalt for 3.5 years, and have had a blast wakeboarding behind it. I am now selling it and getting a Malibu so that I can advance with the advantages the Malibu has as far as being a wakeboard-specific boat. Going from a runabout (Cobalt, Bryant) to a tow boat is a big jump. Yea, teh Bryant is OK, but not great. If you have a Malibu, I would spend my time on that over the Bryant.

A glutton for punishment?

Why are you even asking this question? X-stars are probably some of the best wakeboarding boats out there. Malibu are awesome boats. Cobalt makes quality boats. And now you ask about an obscure brand called Bryant. What do you think? Do you really think Bryant makes some of the best boats out there and the wakeboarding community hasn’t discovered it yet?

I still have to question on whether or not your parent’s own all those boats. No matter how rich you are why would they buy two ski/wakeboard boats and a run about? What do your parents do for a living to own all three boats? And please post a photo of all three boats together so I can believe you.

Besides, you already asked this question a few days ago.

What model Malibu do your parents own?

Bryant boats are well made but definitely not a wakeboard or ski boat.

I bought a new 19ft I/O 195 HP Bryant this spring. I have a Rival Tower and add about 600-900 lbs of ballast (sand & launch bag) I dont pretend to be a wakeboard guru. But after 75 hrs the boat is holding up OK. I guess time will tell if it's durable. I will probably dump it and upgrade before thing go wrong anyway.
