using a harmonic prop puller no luck. any tips?

In general, you would pull the prop shaft cotter pin, then back the nut off til it's close to the end but still on. Next position the prop puller and start tightening down a few turns, then a light hit on the end of the puller shaft with a hammer and it should pop off, if not, tighten some more and hit again. If it's real stubborn, a propane torch for a little heat might help.

Make sure you leave the nut ON, for a few threads, to prevent an issue.

Thats not a harmonic puller. Thats a standard puller instructions.

The harmonic, you take the nut off, thread the harmonic puller on a little ways, then tap the end with a hammer. Should come right off.

Use a metal hammer though, and dont' hit it very hard. A rubber wont' really have the same effect.
