I have been looking at older ski boats for wakeboarding such as cc 2001. I am wondering if this would be a good boat

read through it it seem as though this guy took great care of it.

I forgot to add in that the ski natique is pretty much out of the picture because my parents think they are to old.

Those are actually nice boats, although I don't know much about the wake.

takes a lot of weight and its pretty wide with pretty good MC shape. so you'll need to ride faster to clean it up and to clear it. but, hella hang time. the one you linked is in incredible shape and prolly worth the price *if saltwater corrosion and rust isn't an issue*

Just as a point of perspective, in 2001 I bought a 1996 190 with the LT1 Corvette motor, in similar condition (if not a little better on the interior based on those pictures) with 550 hours for $10,000. I loved that boat, but I will never own a "closed bow" boat again. It was the most versitile boat I have ever owned in terms of a great wake when weighted and no wake at 32mph. Seems a bit high to me, but you don't find many in that good of condition.

Jason, you got a heck of a deal on that boat. My parents sold their 1992 Malibu closed bow for $12,000 in '02 with 1500 hours on it.
