Southern Fiberglass copied a Ski Nautique and did not make many before Correct Craft stopped them.

Looks like they copied Centurian or Ski Supreme before I would say Correct Craft?

I remember seeing some of these around the Austin/San Antonio area in the late 80's

Actually if you look at the hull it has a similar design to the nautique 2001. It is flatter towards the outside with a deep V down the keel. The Deck definitely looks like a 80's Supreme though.

No I would Agree, with above they copied the Nautique.Upload

Looks much more like an 80's Malibu Skier knock-off than a Ski Nautique knock off.
