Best water I ever saw at Folsom Lake in the four years I've been riding there. There is butter, and then there is butta.

This was today, 9/11 about 10am, south fork. A little eerie out there though. Initially we were the only boat, it was a little dark because of the forest fire smoke, and there was a slight burn smell in the air. We felt very detached from the real world, and wondered if we were the only people left on earth. Soon another boat showed up and a couple of jet skis. No worries though, the jet skis were in, then out. No thrashing of the water, just total respect for what mother nature had blessed us with. The other boat was no problem either. Total respect, and no power turns. These pictures don't even come close to capturing what we saw with our own eyes. I could ride all day in water like this and never jump. It's days like today I wish I had a Roam.

No worries Jessie that was my wife out their smiling and who wouldn't with water like that.. Thanks for the pictures Timmay we had a great day. That water was worth having my flight that night getting bumped and getting stuck in the SFO airport

The guys from "Jackass" made a fortune on face plants & wipe outs. Thats how you get better, by pushing it.
Granitos, Wed 2-5, be there.

Was just at your house Frank and saw your board. That sucks. I never seen a board crack like that, you must have the hardest edge ever! Anyone honoring the warranty on Joyride boards? BTW-Jen will be out with us in the morning...Marcy is going to be trying out her new 2007 Hyperlite Blur. Happy Birthday to her.

Ya it sucks. The shop I bought the board at is under new ownership and doesn't have any contact info for Joyride. So I'm hoping the WakeWorld folks came help out. Now Marcy (Marsha?) better clear the wake on my boat, since she seems to do it on everyone else's boat. I don't think she likes my rig. Tear it up today and get my wife to ride for me.
