Had a great day on Lake Merwin this past thursday. First day out this year for me. Had a chance to try my new setup and really loved it. LF Alpha bindings felt real nice.

Water is still very cold so I used my wetsuit and gloves. Straight sun all day and I think it cracked 90. Tad windy but still very nice day!

I forgot to add...

If you buy a new MonsterTower mirror mount pay attention to where it's reflecting the sunlight when you're chillin.

Long story short...the top of my left foot looks like a chicken McNugget.

David,
If you ever want some company out there, give me a call. I love that lake. Also, if you go to the west end of that lake by the dam, I hear it's really nice water for just about all of the day. And if it's bad everywhere, there's always the rope swing off the bridge.

Lloyd,

We're there just about every nice day in the summer. I am familiar with the west end and yes, the water is a bit calmer down there.

We typically anchor at "stump island" and chill. If you're familiar with the lake I'm sure you know where that is. I usually have a full boat, but would be happy to give you a few pulls if you're on the lake.

P.S. We're all old school....35+. Just so you know.

Haha, yeah I know some old schoolers. I get my dad out on the board every once in a while, and he's 49. I just like getting out with other wakeboarders, because when I go out, it's usually me and my dad, maybe another person too, so I rarely ever have anyone else to ride with.
