Hey wakeworld buddies, wondering if anyone in the norcal SF bay would be willing to loan me a prop puller. This is for a direct drive not sure if there is any difference but it is for a one inch shaft. I have a new prop and no puller and no money to buy one. Will be willing to buy beer =)

here is a pretty good kit made by acme. It is allways a good idea to have a spare prop and puller kit!

nate if you have a freight harbor you can get a gear puller from there. i paid 7 bucks for it and it works fine(for a 3 blade)

I don't see anything even remotely close on harbor freights site? Any ideas, I'm VERY interested in saving some $$$ on a puller.

Also, has anyone used a harmonic puller like in the Acme kit above? I have only used the "C" clamp style (like OJ)

Well if its just a gear puller I can get one of them from my work, but in the picture of the acme it looks like there is a tool that holds the shaft?

Remove the nut and see if the prop is actually still stuck on there. I drove all over the bay to find the puller i needed, took off the prop nut, grabbed it with my hand, and it fell off.

You might get lucky....
