I am converting my boat lift to powered instead of manual operation. I want to put a solar charger on the battery, but have no idea how many watts required. Anyone out there have one of these systems they can check the solar charger
wattage for me? They come in 5, 10 and 15 watts for some standard sizes.

I was wondering what kind of solor charger's could be mounted on top of my tower box that would trickel charge my batterys. Where can you find smaller ones and what kind of charge would they throw back. I would think anything over 2-4 amps for a small pannel would be worth it.

I found quite a few sources with a search of "solar battery chargers"

I used to use a unit I found at West Marine for like 30 bux. Always kept the boat topped off nice.

Grant, I'm guessing you would need a few of the "RV" sized panels for your setup.
