Went to them for the first time two months ago with 100 hour service and some engine problems. Long story short, they promised to get an estimate and diagnosis in two days and hopefully be complete in a week. They told me they would call me back at least four different times to let me know status and estimate and never did. Had to chase them down for almost four weeks for information and status before I saw my boat again. The work was fine and they even subbed out and took care of the warranty work which they did not have to do but did not follow through on one single promise of a return call or letting me know the cost of the routine service before it was done, that was the frustrating part. ...must be nice having a business where customer service is not an issue. That being said, I will probably return as the experience pales in comparison to my nightmares with three of the other dealers in the Bay Area!
