I am new to wakeboarding and need some help. I can cut out heelside very well, but have trouble cutting out toe side. I can't get outside the wake very far and while I am cutting I feel like the water is going to rip off my bindings and give me a massive face plant. Is there something that I am missing???

sounds like your leaning too far out over your toes without the rope being tight enough. the rope should always be tight cuz you need to lean against the rope for leverage.

First off, don't take is fast, relax.
First make sure your handle is to your hip/butt.
then slowly ease weight onto toes, keeping your knees over your toes and your back straight. (this will give you that leaning look). But don't try and edge as hard as you can, you're only going to break form, take is easy and get comfortable with it. This is only the Basics, but concentrate on this for now, until you're confident with it.

Thats because of the brain damage from the face plants

If your doing back plants... keep more weight on ur toes keep the handle glued to your hip look at the opposite bank and dont crash
