That’s false advertising. I was expecting to see a nice fake rack.

we camped at melones this weekend at the ironhorse campground. water on friday and saturday was crap. we went this morning and it was the best water i've had so far this year (including 7 or 8 trips to the delta). complete glass all over the lake and there was nobody out. have fun there next weekend. i really enjoy camping there.

I haven't camped at Melones before but am getting there this weekend. Can you anchor your boat in one of the coves near the campgrounds or do you have to pull it out every day?

the water is quite lower than the camping. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my boat in the water.

George, I don't know if this will get to you in time, but I probably am not going to get out there now. My buddy got the keys to his house and now the plan is to help him move and Que up somthin. With some early morning runs at our mudhole. Have fun man.
