2005 Liquid Force - the rest

All the new Boards are up, putting the Bindings up now.
There are no real changes in the board shapes, just graphics except for the "fish"
Aparently this is what everyone is freeriding on now, heaps of pop and real soft landings.

Nup, it is a lot wider, aparently a heap of a pros love it and ride it all the time now

Bindings now up
Lots of changes here, apart from the obvious looks.
Molded inners, and you can adjust the bindings without having to be a structural engineer this year.
The bindings are really easy to pull apart and get back together

The LF bindings look amazing next year!!! Very good colors, The team binding looks interesting.

can someone define "freeriding" for me? I'm a little confused on this one.

Freeriding is just cruising around like snowboarding not doing any freestyle things.

Toolfan...come on, it's a way to sell more boards! You need this board to freeride but once you get into a "competition setting" you have to go back to the board that you are now not used to.

Their bindings look really nice. I'm not sold on the fabric stuff yet.

Team board w/Team Bindings or Alpha's is a nice setup.

mango - freeriding is nothing like that.

freeriding is what your not doing when your in a comp.
Nearly everyone freerides, and most Pro's ride better freeriding than trying to go well without crashing in comps.

Any spec/info on the new LF Fish 133 and Angel 134? The blunted tip and end of the Fish just looks amazing!

I have just uploaded the close up photos in full res.
You can see the double concave shape, and the dual outer cupped fins (two molded, two removable)

Aparently the double concave shape makes for awesome pop and really soft landings, as when you come down the water tends to push aside.
Think flat bottom tinny vs V bottom.

So when a "pro" is freeriding they're going to use the new fish, then on comp day they switch back to their board.
There is no such thing as a freeriding board. All boards are freeriding boards. It's a way they can entice you into buying a second board for the season.
The double concave thing doesn't make sense about soft landings.. There's nowhere for the water to go when you land...it's trapped in each concave. The center spine pushes it away like on the Absolute, Parks, Transcend..

Easy boobs. Freeriding is in the eye of the beholder of the freeriding. Just as the soft landing is in the spine of lander.

Australia will be getting them at the start of September.

magellan - All I am saying is a lot of people who have riden the Fish are prefering that to there own boards when freeriding, as they can get a lot more pop, something that isnt always a good thing in comps.
Either way im just passing on the info I got from the person who spoke to these riders.
Question it all you like, im just telling you what they "are" doing, not what you think they should be doing.

Any info on the angel 134? It looks less wussy than most girl boards. So im interested in knowing more!

Shane's board, the subjekt is still there(at least the 137)... I'm pretty sure the other sizes will still be available... I only think that Cam was a bit tired when he put those up cuz it was listed as the Substance 137 this morning when I looked...

all i have to say is the new LF bindings are amazing and i love how the bindings are nice and white

Yeah the Subjekt was labeled Substance on the file, I corrected this when a few people asked what board shane was riding this year (I have about 100 LF promo shots to upload yet, and he is riding it in there)

We should have CWB stuff within a week, Hyperlite im not sure.
A show similar to the Surf Expo is on in Sydney this weekend, I usually get the photos around that time.
