Ouch - that's right along the outline of the Futures fin box. There's been some pressure placed on that fin from leading edge towards the tail, forcing the box into the foam. You might check if there is anyway when you're storing it that someone might have leaned on it or kicked it accidently. I'm not a big fan of those high proportion epoxies - the 4 to 1 or 5 to 1 ratios like Marine Tex because it pretty easy to get a little off on the mixture and then it's weak, plus they are so expensive - unless you already have some. Honestly, I like the simple cheap 1 to 1 - 5 min epoxy. They're cheap, easy mix ratios (if you're a little off it almost doesn't matter) and FAST to cure. It's waterproof and if you cover it with some white paint, you'll never know you repaired it. Good luck!
