Billabong Vest Any Good?

I'm looking for a new vest and The Billabong vest is a bit cheaper then a lot of the others. Does anyone have eny experience with this vest? Is it felxible? Does it provide good protection?

I have the billabong camo CGA vest and I love it. So does everyone else in the boat. Its a bit on the snug side for a medium though. I like it that way.
