I´m interested in buying the new 3DS. Not being able to demo, I won´t really know how long it rides. I was wondering from u guys if the 143 seem to ride longer then it is. I´m trying to debate either between the 139 or the 143. And also, how tall/weight u guys pulling?

I'm 6'2", 220 and I ride it. The 143 is a big board, but I wouldn't say it "feels" any bigger than other boards of the same length. This is coming from a guy who has ridden nothing but 142 and 143 sized boards. I love the fast ride, soft landings, and the tracking with the shorter fins. It's not loose compared to a lot of boards, but It's not too tight.

I have the new 143 3DS, it by far is the best board I've ever ridden. With .7 fins, the board isn't loose or tight, just right, great pop with very soft landings. The board has been used by some very small light guys who have been riding 137-8's and they really liked it, said it doesn't ride like a bigger board.

I’m riding last seasons 143 3DS Bio core. I preface my comments with saying I have only one ride on this board so far.

I found the board to be faster, ride higher, and transition smoother then my 3 stage board. That said the length difference from my 140 Absolute seemed negligible.

I’m 5’ 10” at 190lbs. – running 1.0 P-wings currently and will probable take it down to .8s.

I am currently riding the 135 3ds and I am 5'8" 145lbs. The board does ride a bit big. I came down from a byerly 137. The nice wide tip and tail make it feel bigger then it really is. I love the fact I can ride a bit smaller board and still have the big board feel/pop.

i rode the new 139 3ds and I am 6'1" 210 and it felt good but a tad small.

This is a similar problem I'm having. I have the Byerly 137 DNA right now that i used to hate, now all of sudden i can ride it pretty well. I was told I needed a 140 +. I weigh 195. This weekend I plan to demo a pure 140 and Marius 140. I was also interested in the 3ds but no luck on a demo.

Started with a 144 Parks this year and exchanged it out for the 143 3DS. Great board, carves insane, and the pop on the wake is controlable. Every time you hit, it is like the time before.

My Parks never let me get comfortable with the "hit" off the wake.

I'm 6'1, 200lbs and the board feels great! I don't think that I would go any smaller than that. It's nice to have an aircraft carrier to float on. :-)

Go for the board, you won't be disappointed.

the 3ds rocks, love it, It does seem to ride a bit big , but that could be me just comming off a 133 parks. the 3ds is so super consistant at the wake and lands feather lite compared to almost any board I have rode. It was way to tight for me with the .7 A wings that I stole off my parks, so I milled off 4mm and now it is perfect! for me that is , I ride the 135 and I pound the scale at whopping 140 ish. you can't go wrong with it.

I am 6'0 200 pounds...I have been riding the 139 for the last couple of years...and loved it. This I have been riding both and am finding I like the 143 better...looks bigger but I don't notice it feeling any bigger...the bigger board just flat out lands better and with speed...been going just as big on the bigger board too...hope this helps

I'm 6 ft 245 lbs and I just got this board. Rode it for the first time on the weekend and absolutely loved it! It comes on edge really quickly and tracks right through. Found that it gave me a little bigger pop because of the way it rides up the wake. The board i find rides a little bigger than a standard 143 type of size, but i love the board!
