Bird does a Indy Tantrum to revert on DS2. The TS BS 720 would be dirty! I also want to see that. My buddy Ryan has a sick HS FS 360 with a late Stalefish. A stalefish before the 360 would be dope!!

All of those have been done...(not sure about the 7 though). Most of those tricks were real popular like 5 years ago, but have faded out. If you watch any of the old wake videos, you'll most likely see Murray doing the Indy Tantrum to Fakie.

It sounds near impossible, the rope tension would make it WAY too hard... but worth a shot.

Hoochie/OHH S-bend. That would be neat. Or just any grab with an s-bend. S-bend to blind

I've seen Murray jump over the rope with an olley, but I haven't seen it W2W. Is there a trick like this, and I haven't seen it?

Shapiro used to do (probably still does) called an orbital, and a orbital 5. These were SICK, but no one that I know does these. The best way I can describe it is an off axis spin, but off axis towards the boat (and over the rope) as opposed to away from the boat.

I'm with Tony... bs 9, I haven't even heard of anyone trying them Not trying to start anything, but Aden, this is the second time you have said a/another 1080 before the bs 9 (I started a post awhile ago on the bs 9)... I come from a snowboard background, and the bs 9 was being done, in competition anyway, before fs 10s (as far as i know)... I do understand the publicity behind the 1080, but I wouldnt go so far as to say a fs 10 before the bs9 as strongly as you say... dont get me wrong I do share the same feelings that there is more focus on the 1080 and in no way am I trying to start anything with you specifically, just my 2 cents... I would like to hear your reasoning, or anyone else's, on why you think there will be another 1080 before a bs9, if you dont mind

Pat... FS 9s are easier than BS 7s to my understanding... and from my experience FS7s are easier than BS5s. So I just continued up the chain. Not many people are throwing BS 7s, but I see lots of 9s. That's about it. (Message edited by aden_g on July 19, 2006)

yeah, Josh Rice and Rob Mapp are the only 2 I heard of doing a double s-bend to blind. that trick is nuts. I've heard of a lot of people getting concusions trying double s-bends without throwing in the blind.

The tour kind of has a mind of its own. Like an invisible hand that determines what scores high based on the opinion of the judges. I think TS BS 5's should be done on the tour and should be equal to something like a TS or HS FS 900 or even a switch 7. Just because of the difficulty of the rotation and the handle passes. Just my 2 cents tho.

I heard that Erick Ruck was the first to stick, and routinely does stick, a indy tantrum to blind. Scot, are they scoring sw 7's the same as hs fs or toe 9's???? They are a lot easier switch for some people.

Clay: yeah, the whirly 7 is absurdly rediculous. Hansen is working on the TS/BS 7. A rediculously hard trick. From what I understand he's very close. That guy spins like a top. He could be a candidate for a 10, too.

I find it hard to believe that Ruck was the first to land an Indy-Tantrum-to-Blind when Byerly is seen sticking them off the dub in Hit It. Possible, but I doubt it.

Schwenne's doing a TS BS Double Grab 360 today. I'll have the sequence somewhere shorty. Kevin Bird's indy Tany to Fakie is sick as well. I was shocked the first time I ever saw it.

I'd like to see a trick that LOOKS better than Lyman's grabbed HSFS 5, or Kyle Murphy's HSFS Melon 3's, or Randall's Wrapped hs indy nose-bone fs 5. I like fs spins.

Indy tantrumt2blinds are nothing special they've been done for like 15 years now. B/S spins are hard because they are harder to iniate and you have to wait longer off the wake to spin them than you do on frontside stuff. Plus its hard to spin o/a backside.
