On my Correct Craft 211 I just notice that the wake plate doesn't go to 90 degrees. Looking at the plate this looks correct but, I just want to make sure. Does someone know what the angle is suppose to be? There looks like there is adjustment rod.

The Hydro-Gate is actually the little lip that slides up and down and changes the flow of water from the dispersion tunnel. The stainless box thing moves from flush with the transom to about a 40 degree angle. As long as you move the Hydro-Gate handle at the helm and you get movement of the stainless box thing at the transom, you are good to go. It's a really simple system, it either works or it doesn't (if the cable is broke).

much less than 90 degrees. It's the plate that slides up and down that you should be concerned about. It should slide all the up so it's the water's path and go down about low enough so the flat spot is about even with the two droops on either side.
