I'm looking for somebody cool to rent a room in my house. Furnished, and you'd be my permanent 2nd for wakeboarding, almost every weekday from 5:00 to dark and every weekend from Mid April to Early November. Private lake on weekends and some of the weeknights.

I'm in Loveland, Colorado. $500/mo all inclusive (power, water, trash, hd directtv, 8/768 internet) in a brand new house 2 blocks from (public lake) boat ramp, 3.5 miles to private lake boatramp.

Oh, its a 2004 Moomba XLV. I'm 25, nonsmoking, no drugs, you should be same. Please not be a nondrinker and know how to have fun.

Loveland is about being old and not exciting, but the town that touches Loveland's north border (Fort Collins) is one of the best bar/nightlife/fun scenes around, as its where Colorado State University is.

Lots of winter sports here, the summer sports crowd is pretty hard to find (unless tubers tearing up the public lake counts).

That's kinda funny:

"I'm 25, nonsmoking, no drugs, you should be same. Please not be a nondrinker and know how to have fun."

No smoking or drugs allowed, but if you don't drink you're out of the running...

I have a good potential, but wouldn't mind another, I could have another room ready in a flash if I ended up getting a 3rd.

So.. Anybody else?

Lots of people fit into the "drinking only" category. :-)

Shoe, you seem like a cool guy. If I were in the area, I'd be all about it. Move to California, we can ride year round!

Justin - Too bad I moved to AZ and am married because I was about to take you up on the offer. Do you still have access to Lake Loveland next year with our favorite pass holder selling his house. Hopefully everything is going well for you and I am riding this weekend down here in sunny AZ where it is 79f out right now.

If that's your only worry, I'll pull out early, I promise.

Chris, I hate you for your weather. I guess only two or three people have been to look at their house, so no big worries. That, and I have a solution for the padlock if all else fails.

I mean when would you want them to move in and move out?
Old    shoeish            03-14-2006, 4:13 PM Reply
I'd like at least 6 months. Which would put you into snowboarding season, then you'd want to stay longer. :-)

Man, that almost makes me want to leave Florida! It would be fun to move across the country just for $#^%$ and giggles...but then reality would set in and I realize that Im just too damn lazy to come up with rent/truck payment and still ride that much.

Good luck bro.
