Has anyone had damage done to their board from the Batrack? I have had 2 boats with either chipped edges or crushed edges. Im wondering if its just me or have other people noticed it to?

Two batracks, no problems.

The only thing I've noticed is that the black rubber inserts in the rack will leave some black marks on light color boards.

The black rubber will wear and get a groove in it. This causes your board to hit the metal. I would suggest putting some thicker stronger rubber in the bend of the rack. I used vinyl tubing and it does not cut.

Two batracks as well and no problems as of yet. I have only had them a month and half though

Skylon racks, titan, and wake designs racks use the same type of rubber inserts. In time the edge of the board will cut a groove in the rubber. It cuts where the edge of the board sits in the u shape of the fork. I would suggest to anybody who has a rubber insert to reinforce the bend in the fork with something stronger then rubber.

Thanks for the advice. Ill try and find something to put in there. You would just think that you spend the money you do and at least you would think they would protect the boards. Is the rubber o-ring replacable?
