Call Performance Ski and Surf. They may have some I know they used to, seen them in their a few times.
If not they may have some info on where you can get one.

last i talked to him he was only making the snowboard model ones in 2 different versions. a hard foam and a softer foam. he emails kind of slow but will get to you, i believe he was on the pro tour when i was talking to him so that may be why he responded semi slow
