I'll tell ya, after making a trip to Powell and Wisconsin, there are two things I love about Florida.

1. No third necessary, just a mirror and driver.
2. No flags to wave.

It's just so easy to hook up after work for a quick run or have the wife drive the boat. I hope it never changes.

I always find it funny. From what I hear and the very little I've seen the water cops are Nazi's down there. Up here in BC(Canada)I rarely see the cops on the water and if you are running they won't stop you. I don't think you could ever get caught for only having a driver and what's a flag? ( I know what it is) You can always tell who the American's are when they are on our lakes...you see the rider's down flag. Last year we were up at Osoyoos and the cops only patrolled at night looking for the booze cruisers. They sure missed everyone else during the day.

yeah GA is the same way, you just have to have the mirror but in MI you have to have a third which is kind of a pain in the but when your trying to ride and cant find an observer

Funny, I can tell the Canadians by their burnt skin and they are the only ones in the water when the temperature is below 60 degrees.
