I'm sorry the pics are not as crisp as I would like, but I have serious camera issues. I have great pics, but whenever I reduce them to be posted they turn to !@#$%. Here's another:

Wow - that looks great. My wife saw a new Tige (20V) the other day and loved the interior. She really liked the rattlesnake look vinyl swaths accross the deck, etc. Tell us more, what options did you get etc?

Nice pics, Joe! I think I need new software, mine is old. I went with the 340 hp GM engine. I've only been twice with no ballast and 3 people, but she's a real rocket as far as the hole shot goes. The wake is beautiful as well.

They have changed the seat bottoms on the Tige' which is interesting. Now the roll by you knee stays put and the bottom part lifts out. Looks groovey in the pics.

Talltigeguy - I noticed that is the '04 tower on your '05 24V. Was that your choice or did your dealer decide to keep the '04 Towers?

Awesome boat. I really dig the new graphics. By the way, time to update your profile with the new ride.

The dealer has decided to stick with the Metcraft tower for now. I haven't seen the new tower in person, but it looks kind of funky in pics. I like the more traditional look. So, it was my choice to stick with my dealer who chose the old tower for me. She is powder coated silver - very sweet. It's not the polished metal most have.

Do you know why your dealer chose that tower over the new 05 tige tower?

chris, I'm not sure exactly why - except that he seems to not like the new look either. Maybe he makes more off of the old style! Frankly, like I said above, I like the older tower better

I have not seen the new Tige' tower in person yet. I will get a good look at the dealer meeting in September and will doubtless bring some in. I am very happy with the service and the look of the Metcraft tower. Lake Mead is as rough as it gets and we have had virtually no issues with the Metcraft towers. Bob Metcalf is tooling up his 05 tower as we speak. Joe, your boat is sick.

I have seen the new Tige tower and it looks great. I had to put the tower I have one because of my dock and height. I do like the Phat Tower looks but the new Tige 05 is really great looking.

Can you get a Tige with a colored deck? I just got the Tige newsletter and it shows 24V with black hull and top deck, blue main.

You can get whatever deck you want. I sent you an email with a black main and grey deck and bottom - it really looks killer. Maybe you can post it for me?

Crankin boat, Talltigeguy. First one I have seen with the new gelcoat pattern. I saw an 05 24V at the Tige Regatta and I really liked three things on it: the windshield is heavy duty, I liked the snakeskin pattern on the interior, and the large hatch on the passenger side opens sideways, instead of from on top, which allows easier access.

Image fro Talltigeguy. I agree - it is a little much, but nice to know you can get any color you want. My wife really likes the new interior.

Clayden, You can put a ballast system in any Tige. Rival ballast systems seems to put in a great one people seem to like. My dealer also offers one. The downside is less storage space in the lockers. Being that the Tige is heavier than most boats and with the convex hull (visit the website) I have yet to ballast my 24V, and when i do it will be with just one 600 pound sack. The Tige and Malibu websites list the malibu 23 foot V-drive at 3900 pounds and the 24V is 4500 pounds, X-star, X-30 and everything else goes down from there.

Oops! The X-star is listed at 4200 pounds!
