I just wanted to let everybody know that Mike Schwenne's outlaw camp stomped it at Nationals.
Derek Conway-National champion JR MENS
Jacob Valdez-National champion Jr Boys
Ryan Anderson 2nd place boys division, right behind the awesome Reed Hanson but by merely a few points.
Mike Schwenne 2nd place mens 1 division right behind Billy Garcia but having an AWESOME run

If there is any question on who leads the pack out here in the west coast for wakeboard training, I think it has been made clear...Westcoast Camps!!

thanks Mike,Trish,Jared Couch, the other mike and all the coaching staff. Now let's get ready for WORLDS!!!!

congrats to everyone. Headed to LA to pick up Tony today and then it is time to get ready for the worlds. Tony was a little overwhelmed but he told me now he knows what it is all about and he will be ready for worlds the end of Sept. Great Job Derek, Lauren and Jacob. So much for the best coming out of Orlando

Thanks to everybody for the props!!

Jeremy, I was there, I was the one with the video camera in my face and the cell phone on my ear giving my husband the play by play!! sorry I missed you, going to worlds??

Eric, that was so exciting wasn't it??
It was funny, the whirlybird was suppossed to be a secret. Just to pull out of his hat if he needed it. When we got to the hotel, the first thing we heard was "Jacob has a whirly?" And from then on, I must have heard that no less than 80 times. Funny how news travels huh??

Shawn, I was figuring that YOU should have come if Fred didn't. It is not like you both don't look alike! How is Fred doing?? thanks for your encouragement ALWAYS!! BWM rocks!!!

Ben, I gotta tell you, Tony is such a good boy. thursday out at the comp, it was MISERABLE! It was pouring rain. We were NOT prepared at all. Last year we baked. We brought NO sweaters and I wear closed toed shoes for work and that is IT. We were freezing!! Tony insisted on giving me his jacket and it Sooooo saved me. please tell him thanks for me and thanks to you both for raising such a great kid. He was totally well behaved the whole time. I know that he is probably going with the Conways to worlds but if he is ever in need, you know who to call.

I had the pleasure of spending the week at the Outlaw camp to take pictures and hang out with everybody. It was an awesome week and it was great to see all the kids pushing their riding and having such a good time.

Big props go out to Schwenne and his instructors Mike Buckle, Jarod Couch, and Brad for running such a great program at West Coast Camps.

Congratulations to all the guys who did so well this past weekend at Nationals, I'm looking forward to seeing all of you continue your growth in the industry. Keep your heads on straight, keep having fun, and ride for yourselves.

Best,
Garrett
