Has anyone ever been to site #6 on the island in Havasua? I will be looking at a place in two weeks and wnated to get as much info before I do the purchase. Like dock accesability, cool things around there etc ..and if anyone knows of the avg. price range. It is a pre-fab. home with covered trailer parking and a spot for the truck in front of the place. Thanks in advance..

Site 6 is free to launch at however it's a launch at your own risk. It's a very very steep ramp. I snapped my winch strap pulling my boat out a few years back. After that we always just paid to launch at the marina. If you're going to be there for the week or for a few days, paying to leave your boat in the water in a slip at the marina is a great option. We finally did this last year and WOW was it nice. It only cost us $90 for the week and we never had to empty ballast or deal with pulling it and dropping it each and every day.

EDIT: I just reread your post and I see your buying a place possibly. So the aforementioned info is for other people. Site 6 info pertains to you.

Can you get a slip at site #6 or just the marina?
