I drove a Nautique SV211 this weekend. I was not overly impressed (I am coming from an I/O, but looking into a 210, which was not in the water at the time). The power and handling were pretty good (330hp), but for being a "bigger" boat (~6" shorter and 2" wider) it seemed to be smaller than a 210. The seats were much less comfortable and shorter (both floor to seat surface and seat surface to top of hull). The add-on back seat was flat and unsupportive. The wake looked ok, but it only had the rear tanks(~400#?). I have not driven the 210 yet (next weekend; riding too), I only sat in/measured one in the showroom. The sales person said that the 210 should outperform the 211 in every way (except maybe slalam); better in: hole-shot, top end, high and low speed manueverabilty, wake size and shape (I like walls) . . . . . I can't wait to drive the 210. Any comments on what I should expect from the 210 from those who have driven both?? Also, where did they hide the 600#+ difference between the 211 and 210 (211 being heavier)??? It actually felt like a smaller boat.
