So, I need another surf rack...
I was hanging with my buddy Shane this evening, talking surf, and I looked at my extra wakeboard rack remembering that I read somewhere about cutting out the center fork of the wakeboard rack to accomodate a surfboard or 2. Anybody done this?
Like I said, I've got this extra Fluid Concepts wakeboard rack that gets little, to no use, and I need more surfboard storage, so I'm considering removing the center fork of the rack..... thoughts?

i cut mine out with my jig saw , used a metal blade. went through it like a hot knife through butter. then take the two rubber pieces and splice them together . works good for the thicker boards.

Be careful how you cut it...I would cut it at the lowest point of the curve, its more to cut but will eleminate edges thatll mess up your board.
