Wakeboarding in South France

I'm moving to the south of France in a couple weeks (Niece, Cannes area) Do any of you guys know of any riding spots in the area??

I am moving there soon and i have a similar query. I am sure there is a real good wakeboard place near saint tropez. Some of the coastal places now have 2001 nautiques and weight in the boat. a good place to as the question would be at angloinfo.com website all dedicated to the riviera.

I was in the south of France for business a few years ago. I was staying in Montpellier. I ended up riding at a place there and found a few others. Best bet will be to check out local shops when you get there. But here are a few near Montpellier if it helps:

I found one place thanks to Eurowake, but I'm not sure how close it is though.

Hey Kristian.... how are things in the UK? I was in Toulouse, France in June for business and met up with some guys who wakeboard right on the Garonne(sp?) River going thru Toulouse center. It was a blast!!!! I'm heading back to Toulouse for some more meetings Oct 10-17. We'll have to hook up and find them.

Keep posting when you get there....my lady and I go to France bi-anually, and would love to try boarding in Europe! We will even throw in some Euro's for the litres of petrol we burn.

Robert: Cool, I'm not sure how close Toulouse is to France, but we should definetly try and get together.

hey i rode at juan le pins near st tropez off the main pier sticking out from the beach it was awesome. there are so many hunnies there :-)

Kristian, Toulouse is France... Right in the middle of Southern France. If you are in Southern France, you are within 2 hours of Toulouse.
