Would it be better to run the Polk 6 X 9's inside the boat if room allows for the installation instead of the Polk DB651 6.5's?

If I am not planning on running a Sub would there be better base output with the 6 X 9's?

Any info is much appreciated...

One more thing, would this be a good choice to power the four speakers?

I found a place where I can buy the Clarion AMP for about $200 shipped.

Thanks again.

If it were me, I would go with 4 of the Polk DB651's and put this amp on it.

steep price? Shop around. I found it for $240 shipped. I'll look around and see if I can find it again.

The Boston's specs look pretty good, a little pricey for me.

I ride in Salt Water all the time, how would they hold up in the salty atmosphere?

Brandon,

Thanks for your input, why would you chose the DB651's over the 6 X 9's?

I am new to the stereo game and looking for all the information I can get.
