Awesome weekend on the Detla

What a dream weekend!! 100+ temps, 87 degree water and glass EVERYWHERE. And dispite my concussion, I spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on the water. Squid, Billy, Brian, and I rode all day Saturday on perfect water. Not a single wake boat in sight besides ours. We coudn't beleive it. The boat ramp was packed at 10:AM so we decided to stay far away from Vics and old river. I have a new "secret spot"

ya it was a great weekend, Scott Henderson, my brother and a few friends were out at 5:30 on sunday morning I have never seen conditions like we had yesterday morning.

I here ya bro - SMOKIN HOT - water temp where we launched was 94 degrees & riding varied from 84 - 88!!! Highest I have even seen it in my 20 + years.

Evan your telling me. My wife has 4 sisters and 3 of them got married last summer. One of them was on my birthday. I'm sitting in a tux while my parents are 3 miles away with our X star on Bell Aqua. Man was I pissed, I even got a new board and vest and couldn't use them. I get mad just thinking about it.

I completely bummed out. My buddies and i went out on saturday. I check my tranny fluid before we were about to take off and i Realized something was wrong. I called the dealership and they said it sounds like the tranny seal was busted and not to drive it until it was reapired. Ive been depressed since then

J-Rod - You've got a concussion, and you were riding?

I suffered one yesterday on a pretty mean wreck, and I'm in a fog today. I've got a grade 2, so I can't riding until a week after my symptoms clear.

If you happen to suffer another while still feeling the effects of the first, permanent brain damage can occur, or worse. Be careful out there. Not trying to give you a hard time at all - just didn't know if you know the risk you're taking. Especially with that little cutie of yours.

I concure with Evan looks alot like my secret spot. I am going to have to check the secret code to get entrance to the spot.

Looks like you guys had the perfect day, I was roasting at work on Saturday and enjoyed the Central INT on Sunday. Private lakes rock almost as good as the Delta.

Evan and the rest of the CIE boys, Tim and I are riding on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Gary, I'm down for thursday. We're headed to Tahoe on friday for the PWT. Finally got to ride behind a weighted 215 last week and totally dug it. The wake just begs to be charged at.

Matt, I had 11 weddings last year and 7 this year including my own. I'm soooo over weddings. I usually just drink myself into a stupor before the ceremony.

I didn't go to the doctor but it felt just like the time I did go to the hospital (just a tad more mild). My memory was trashed. Forgetting what I was saying and who I was talking too. Saturday and Sunday I took it easy. I know I should not have been riding, but it was hard to stay off the water on such an epic weekend.

Ev...I'm down for Thursday...but my little girl has a doctor appointment on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday are the days. I'm taking billy out to practice Wed.

They met Billy N Evan briefly @ the DRA comp but would like to get a sesssion in with them & the CIE crew - they can throw down. I can take my boat out, we can take 2 or setup on yours depending how many heads you got?

lake tested it this weekend, and a few of the wrinkles are getting ironed out at the shop this week.

Gotta say though, the 06 X2 is an awesome boat. Really happy with her.

mike i had a concussion like urs i cant ride for a week after my symbtoms i was in the boat on saturday and it was torture. but i did see that sweet x2 out on the water but didnt see any riding behind it when we passed them

It was 113 degrees out there yesterday, just about melted, especially because my friend forgot the Bimini for his boat

Andrea,no apologies needed,I was kind of bummed that you guys couldn't enjoy the hot weather and buttery conditions on the Delta with me,not to mention....I keep riding with you guys and I'll be a ripper in no time.

Ohh it was great if we didn't spend 2 hours on the boat just floating looking for help.Hopefully next time my boat will work a little better.We will try to ride behind her instead of her riding behind us.

Both Scott & Andrea RIP - they are supa cool couple that are very humble, down to earth & truly love to ride. They are out on the delta 3/4x a week, waving at passing boats, putting out a good vibe - not to mention throwin down some sick inverts & spins. She floats like a butterfly, I think a great addition to the flick =)

Joe: Andrea is to humble to post her trick list, so I'll do it for her. She rides hard every time she's out and always inspires whoevers in the boat.

Her stock set is: Grabbed 180's, backroll, frontroll, tantrum, scarecrow, switch frontroll, switch backroll, ts backroll to revert. She can do raleys and has landed ts 3's and is about to land switch hs 3's and switch crows.

Yeah they both rip with a jaw dropping style.

More important is they both inspire and encourage progression. They got me working on blind 80s, switch 3's and TS fronts.
