Is there a place to or does anyone on the forum ride in Anchorage, Alaska.

My job is going to take me there for 3 weeks in September and if I could hop a ride or two while I was there, that would be great.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

it shouldnt be too cold but dont expect to see many opportunities. not too many watersports are popular due to weather conditions, and bring a wetsuit if you talk to someone who does.

Check out Big Lake and Lake Lucille. Many wakeboats on each and very warm in the summer.

Hit us up... I've got a good size crew that rides with me just about every weekend at Big lake. We have two boats we ride, my 22ssv, and my buddys LSV. Another buddy just picked up a new X-15 and another one has a new X-2... plus 8 or so guys that have wake boats out there. So you can always find a pull. In September it might be a little cool, so if you have a wetsuit you might want to bring it. I just got back from about 9 months living in Phoenix and I have to admit, I got a little spoiled with the 88 degree lake temps...I pray for global warming
