I was wondering if you guys know of anywhere to buy heater and shower kits for a 91 sanger DX. I Would love to have those for fall and early spring. Is there a web site with after market accessories like these? Thanks Again.

Did you do any looking at all?

Many of the online boating accessory places have them. West Marine, Barts, BOAT US, etc.

The most common heater is the "Acu-Heat" from Heatercraft.

Shower kits would be available from many of the same sources. If you are looking to stretch your season I would invest in the heater first, you will use that a lot. The shower rarely gets used in my boat.

Thanks guys. I think I may try to build my own shower. That looked rather simple. Also the heater info helped as well.

I just installed a heatercraft heater on my 211 and it is fairly easy. Finding the intake on the waterpump is the hardest thing (not much room).

Mikeski,
Acu-heat is made by heatercraft.

the shower is pretty cool for heating up the bindings during the wintertime...

My shower did wonders to heat up a bottle for the little one during the bottle year. It is now only used for the women to shave their legs during camp trips, the occasional play toy/water gun and warm up shower in cold weeather/water.

So, though not really the question, I would never go out of my way to get another shower....it is one of the least used accessories on my dingy. We are not having any more kids, so the most useful application will no longer be needed.
