Just got a 57" Meyer skim on Ebay. Took it out last night without fins and want to put some on.
I have some 1.9" belmont fins from a very old board. I am planning on putting about a 2 degree angle on them by sanding the bottom of the fins and having the screws go through the board on the same angle.
Anyone have any tips on this? I was thinking of slowly hand drilling a hole and inserting a rigid plastic tube to seal the screw whole.
How does the EPS hold up when drilled?
