The ballast gauges on my 06 X2 are way off. Can someone tell me how to calibrate them? I know they are not very accurate but this is nuts. Thanks.

i don't know if it's true, but i just bought a used 03 X-2 and am looking into having a ballast system plumbed into it. i asked about getting factory guages, i was told to not waste my money as they aren't all that accurate. he described them as being about as accurate as the fuel guage. again, take this with a grain of salt, just what i was told.

They are crap. I have an 06 X-30 and the gauges read half-full when completely empty. I just fill them up until they start to empty.

Sucks but what can you do?

Easily adjustable. Port and starboard are under a small access cover just above the tanks and the center is under the removable floor.

We adjusted ours all season long. It's really hard to tell if they are right or not. We had to listen to them to tell if they were done or not.

They are a prime example of over-engineering IMO. I ignore mine

last year my brand new nautique read empty until you shut off the pump. i love paying 60 plus grand for something that a 2 year old designed and installed.
