Do any Mastercraft owners have a color scheme that includes the "slate gray" color?? I'm ordering an X-10 and still have time to choose the color scheme. However, when I'm on MC's website under "design a boat" it's hard to get an idea of what "slate gray" truly looks like but I think I really like it. Please post this color if you have it.

I can vouch for April's blue flake being sweet, but if you're looking for a solid grey, that will probably not float your boat too well (no pun intended) :-) Does it look somewhat like Supra's "fossil" color? Or more like it's "granite" ?

I might go blue flake, I'm just not sure yet. "Slate Gray" is hard to really define and look at unless I see real pictures as opposed to the on-line color scheme options. I want to say it's just a darker gray with a slight green to it but I could be wrong, maybe it does have a "fossil" look to it. Someone out there has to own it. For those who can help, please provide your opinion and check out MCs website I attached below and quickly go to "design a boat" an "X-10" and apply the "Slate Gray" to hull 2, and leave the rest white, which is what I'm considering.

I checked out the link and I am not sure how it will look. I see your problem.

If you want more information go to the mastercraft owner site and register. Ask the same question and they will help you. Somebody will probably have that color.

I haven't seen a Slate Gray boat yet. But, for what it's worth, the website colors don't look anything like the colors in person. The Monterey Blue for instance is much lighter in person. The Viper Red is bright and striking in person and on the website it appears kind of orangeish and flat.

Slate gray is unbelievable. By far Mcs best looking shade of gray. I ordered Navy flake and slate gray on my boat. I agree the build a boat sucks. I have some pictures from the factory below of slate gray and navy.

Navy(new color for MC this year), not my boat by the way. It was just a boat they were finishing while I was at the plant. Mine is scheduled to arrive middle of may.......

Hey Chris, that's the color man! I'm sold on it and really dig it! the slate gray looks sick! I knew there was something about that gray I liked. It's different. thanks for helping me. I was going to go Monterey blue all around and leave the top deck white, but now I'm for sure gonna go slate gray all around (hull 1 and hull 2) and still leave the top deck glacier white. With the orange/red X-10 decal, and gray bimini and white and gray vinyl, it should look good all around.
