05 Parks bindings

I'm finding a lot of '05 Parks bindings marked way down and was wondering if there is a reason why there is such an abundance of them left from last year. Basically, are they good bindings?

I just got some, and they are great, very comfy, no sore spots. What are the prices as I haven't paid for mine yet and want to make sure they give me a good deal

I love the way mine fit but they break , same old prob with the option 2 strap,and I have torn the overlays twice
