Hyperlite Clash questions

I am looking for a new cable board since my 09 Ronix Arcade by Bill broke, and I was wondering what yall thought about the Clash? What is the most durable cable board for 2010?

slingshot or the obrien board with a rail warranty

I'm been on the clash behind the boat, never cable and disliked it.

what did you dislike about the board Nick? I have a Co. Recruit and I don't really like flex boards. I have narrowed it down to the new Ronix Bill the Clash and the LF Watson Hybrid

it just felt really sluggish, and almost sticky on rails....

isn't the hybrid a flex board?

Yes it is, but my friend has one and said it doesnt ride like a flex board. I think I am going to go with the Ronix Bill.

what about the new lf tom fooshee (witness grind)i havnt rid it with a grind base but loved the witness last year . but it broke pretty fast. i picked up the tom fooshee board and it seemed pretty sturdy. seemed like there was a bit more to it.

i love the 3ds but the clash feels pretty slow over the water but no worries nick is designing a new board

I rode the clash pretty much all spring and almost all summer long. Loved it ! I could kind of compare it to the marek but with a different base and channels. still, its one of the fastest and best responsive boards out there for sure ! and the enduro base will definitely hold up on any rails for a real long time! +1 for the clash!

That black board looks like the new marek, at 1:45 you can see the base and the graphics are the new marek.

with glass rope edge and ABS molded fins, the byerly assault and even more so the new conspiracy are bullet proof on rails and kickers. they can be smashed with a hammer and the edges or fins won't blink let alone crack and splinter. solid choice for wake or cable.

the clash this year is faster than last year because they changed the grind base in it, so for those worrying that it is slow, it is way faster than last year
