what are your impressions and expierences of orbiens ion 2003?

Definately, I have had many different bindings and love these. They are the same as the new 04 green ones, just way better looking being red. They are defiately worth the money at $100 or so these days on ebay and such. Very stiff in the upper ankle just how I like them.

I had a set of Ion's last year. These binding have great footbeds, but they were the most uncomfortable binding I have ever had. They were not easy to get into and coming out I had to get 3 guys to pull them off my feet. My shoe size is a 10 and I had a size large binding. I ended up getting Zeus bindings and like them so much better.

Buy a size bigger becasue Obrein has a messed up size chart. I have a size 12 foot and wear a xxl and they fit great. I also have a pair of zeus' and don't think they are stiff enought. Anyone want them?
