Impeller sticks sometime and I blow the fuse. I unscrew the plate, dislodge it (spin), and I'm good to go for awhile. I put some marine grease in there and didn't help much.

Any suggestions. What does the rebuild kit do?

I used to have the same problem, you just need to go to your dealer and buy the yellow impeller and you never have that problem again.

yup, yellow impellers and a little lube and you should be good to go. I had the same problem everytime out for about a year. Switched to the yellows a few years ago and it hasn't happened once.

As a temporary fix, flip to empty as soon as you are done filling and vice versa. If you flip the impeller while they are still wet it usually works a lot better.

Actually they are green now. They are having a problem with the yellow ones spinning the black center peice out. The green are a compromise between the yellow and the orginal black ones.

I just ordered the Green ones from I think waterskiis.com, anyways I did a search for "ballast puppy impeller green". $9 shipping was BS but I'll be back on the water happy soon.
