I'll be there as always.....like i would ever miss this event....cheah right! I'll be hanging on the Malibu with Ten. colors and Alan's Tomcat throughout the weekend. I'll be there on Wednesday afternoon until Sunday afternoon.

Team CBK, is your name nate? cool stuff. And trust me there will be tons of people there. Most of the people there are post over at www.endofropegang.com but everyone is welcome if you want more info go over there and check it out. This event fluctuates in the amount of people however it is never small regardless of weather or anything else. The only time it was small was when it started way back in the day. I was lucky enough to get be there from pretty much the beginning. Its amazing to see how this thing grew.

Malibu Monkey, good to see you guys are gonna make it. Watch out though....i no longer have white shades....lol.

What's the story on this event? Is it a tournament or what? Where can I see some info on it?

Doug,
no its not a tournament its just a get together near the end of the season partying it up and riding. The lake is heated by the power company. everybody comes and goes to tie up to where the warm water "discharges". There is a huge campsite. It started off really small but then grew to be pretty huge. Its a ton of fun. Check out www.endofropegang.com for more info.

Last year the water @ the discharge area was 98, the rest of the lake was 71 -76 range. I just hope the air temp will go up before the weekend.

Well I posted an update, but it seems that it was erased..... Anyway, according to the hyco website, the campgrounds are closed as of Monday, Oct. 23 for renovations!!! No camping allowed. Make sure you call ahead!! It seems the lake authority hates wakeboarders, and dosen't want us around!! Anyone coming a long distance, don't bother!!! more info at the hycolake.com, or eorg, like Nate said above.
