I typically wouldn't post my sob story, but this blows. Went out earlier today and on my last set I crashed and tore my left bicep(distal tendon). I knew instantly because last March I tore my right one which kept me off the water for most of the year. I chose not to have it surgically fixed, but it's only about 70% now. I'm gonna get the left one stapled, rivetted, welded....whatever they gotta do to fix it.

Oh well...you play,you pay!

Bad news. Sorry to hear about it. And here I thought torn ACL's were the injury of choice for our sport

my right bicep hasnt been the same since i went to shasta almost to months ago, still riding but not in the gym like i would like

its bicepT !! haha

I tore my tendon off the bone in March,(had to have the surgery) just starting to feel better but I still have some time to go before I will be any ware near 100%.
