This Boat again...

SO now the fuel pump and filter have been replaced on my Mobius, took out the boat this evening..same F##cking thing, Won't get up on a plane, bogs down, and now it almost overheated-temp was through the roof, smoking more than normal also. Backfired one time. When I got back, I removed all the plugs-all were black and a couple were a little wet-not sure if it was water or fuel.. (praying it isn't water) I am bringing it back in in the AM but can anyone tell me what the hell is going on here? Glad I just spent $350. for a fuel pump I probably didn't need..
