CD Player Recommendations?

OK guys; the CD player in my boat finally bit the dust because it got rained on.I think I got my money out of it after 10 years. I'd appreicate yall throwing some suggestions my way. I dont want anything too fancy; i'll just be driving 4 speakers in the boat. I might want to add a sub at some point, so at least one set of RCA preamp outs is preferable. Water resistance is a must; the waterproof ones look like they're way too expensive. A display that can be seen in direct sunlight is a must, and i also want MP3 playback capability. I'm looking to spend $150-250. Also what is a good site to find marine stereo equipment. Fire away boys. I appreciate any suggestions.
