I jammed all my toes and had to of broken my right big toe wearing my Shanes and now I have a feeling if I wear them again I will really mess my toes up even worse since they are so sensitive. I really like the feel of the shanes and really want to find a new binding thats comparable but just open toe. Anyone tried BOTH the watson and the shane...do they ride the same at all???????? B/c they look alot alike

the watsons should feel about the same comfort wise but they have higher stiffer support.

How about a pair of these if you want something almost exactly the same?

They feel exactly the sam eminus the toes...lol Just make sure to order an extra set of laces to set it up the same as the Shane and Watsons...as the single lace setup didn't hold down the heel to my liking....

No difference at all...i made a call to find out and they are the exact same. the exception is that they also have an extra lace loop in the ankle area which i think actually helped to really cinch down the ankle. I'll post pics of the lace setup that i ended up using...it's different than the Shane and Watson lace setup but i feel it held the heel down better because i have a very thin foot

Why dont you call Liquid Force and tell them what happened to your toes with the Shanes and see if they will swap them for some Escalades. I bet they would help you out or a least sell you the Escalades at a discounted price.

I've called twice and got no answer. But I think it was lunch there, I will try right now.
