I used to swear by Red Bull. They just don't seem to pack the punch needed. Amp works, but is a bit sweet on the belly. RockStar works for me.

Red Bull here.....cold. If it has been sitting out you may want to stay away.
Also, I had this one energy drink one time...it may have been Hansens. it was watermelon flavor. It was awesome, but I never saw it again.

I've tried a few - Red Bull, Balls, Monster, Hype and some others that I can't remember. My favorite so far would have to be Red Bull.

I make Protein smoothies nearly everyday. Some bananas & whatever fruit is fresh at the store add two scoops of whey protein. those things get me started and really help in regeneration. All the natural sugar is the boost.

Great thread! One thing I have done is try to find the best energy drink. But in order to find the best for the best price, you need to be educated on what energizes you. Sugar of course, caffein too, but what energy drinks have that gives you that boost physically and mentally are B vitamins! Namely B6 and B12. This is what I look at when browsing all the choices in the cooler section of your local quickie mart, especially when you come across some new choices. Look at the nutritional label and see how much of these vitamins are in the can. And remember, the larger ones may contain two servings. But I think you will notice that most don't have very much of these vitamins and so they rely on sugar and caffein to give you a jolt with sugar being the cheapest. B vitamins are expensive, so there is always a knock off to jip you. Red Bull leads the pack with the most. 100% of your RDA of B6 and 250% of B12. Now you may be asking yourself, why do I need 250% of B12 when your body will only use 100% and dispose of the rest. This is what the body does to most vitamins. Except B vitamins. Your body will store the extra B vitamins and use them as needed. It's the only vitamin it does this with, I think.... Anyway, look at the labels. I think this will change your mind as to what is the best. As for taste, dealers choice! Me, it's Red Bull all the way!

Use too drink Red bull and redbull/vodka but now I stock the fridge with 180s better taste .
But if you want to get wired(legaly) its got to be Ripped force or Extreme Ripped force from your local gym.

Hey have any of you guys ever heard of XS? This is an energy drink with zero carbs or sugars and a ton more B vitamins than any of this other stuff. I drink it all the time and it works great.
