Adhesive for swim deck padding - suggestions?

I'm going to be putting some new padding down on my swimdeck, and I need a killer waterproof adhesive. The deck is underwater alot so I need true waterproof. Suggestions are appreciated.

Oh, and I already checked with my local Rhino Liner guy, no bueno. (joke)

3M contact cement, u can get it in a gallon can in the paint dept @ Home Depot

We use 3M's Super 90 spray adhesive all the time. Works great.

DAP Weldwood
