Barge Dock Start - New Video

One of my friends I met while I was wakeboarding in Wheeling, WV has just posted a new video of me wakesurfing and doing a dock start off of an old barge (that has been retired on the side of the river).

This was filmed at one of our Free-ride days at Sandcastle Waterpark. Basically, there is no wakeboard scene in Pittsburgh, so I started hosting these days at a local waterpark on the river to teach people how to wakeboard. Everything was free, and we started to get a decent turnout by the end of the summer.

The boat was a SAN 210 with stock weight and 5 people. I will warn you that I am not good at wakesurfing, I was just having fun with it. The dock start is about 36 seconds into the video.

Yeah, there was a sport Nautique running about 30ft to the side of us. They were so confused.

If I wakesurfed I'm sure I would have, unfortunately the 16ft Lund doesn't really throw a great surfing wake...
