I am going to do a semi full wrap job on my older MC. I wanted to look at the old thread that had a bunch of pics of boats like that (the camo BU, blue and white MB, Hype's MC, etc.).

Can anybody recall what the name of the thread was. I cant find anything that has to do with decal/wrap/etc.

Thanks guys,
JB

You suck at searching :

Thanks, I just did a search for the "Camo Mailbu" and finally broke the WW search code.

I hate the search. I did "graphics" but for some reasone the thread "boat graphics" did not come up... frustrating...

Thanks again,

No sweat, you just need to know how to massage it. The most important part of the search is narrowing down the forum in the "Search Options" section. I just searched "wrap" in the Boats, Accessories & Tow Vehicle Archive.

I should add that full wrapping is soooo fun....everything has to be taken off.

Ape graphics is probably the best out there. They do 99% of the cars at SEMA. They also do Mastercraft's work. But they are also very expensive.

I inquired about the same wrap you see above, and they quoted $5K... and that was me installing it. Everyone else wanted $1500-$2K.

Does anyone know the price for a partial boat wrap along the side of the boat?

Both sides on the middle panel your prob. looking about $1K +/- $200 .... depending on who you talk to. Now if you go to one of the big name places, your looking upwards of $2500-$3K. But remember... print quality is often reflected in pricing.

I am not looking for good printed quality, but everyone is saying that a wrap is only going to last 2-3 years. Our graphics would just include a solid color plus all of our sponsors on the side. Nothing fancy like some of the wraps I have seen in the past.

Call your local graphics shop and ask. They are the only ones that can tell you. You might try and see if you can't work out a discount deal with them and make them one of your sponsors. Severly discounted graphics could be a major plus for you if you were picking up new sponsors pretty often.

We are always looking for boats to partially sponsor with one of our wraps. Half-wrap pricing is in the $1500 range.

Here's a good example of a half-wrap:

Matt, do you want to sponsor the Texas A&M wakeboard club? Your graphics would be seen by hundreds of boats a week. Is $1500 the discounted price?

Matt I too would be interested in a partial sponser. Let me know the details of this.

Would the logo have to be that size?

No, not at all. Shoot me an email (matt@Re-Boat.com) if you're interested. I'm not trying to capitalize here, just spreading the word that there are other options besides these big corporate machines that charge too much loot.
